巨爵帶來的8號風球帶來難得的半朝休息

多睡了1 個小時

坐在廳中看看電視吃個早餐

然後回實驗室去繼續做實驗

整個8月都好像密密麻麻的

但也少不了歡樂的時刻啦當然!

開始習慣了返lab 的生活

但係仍然係超唔想返

剛剛的星期日的教會大旅行

難得地有機會打羽毛球& 玩玩閃避球

我竟然在第二天的腿酸了=.=

我要多做運動!!!

希望我的mphil 生涯中唔好叫我越黎越肥 hahahaaa
